ORDERING »
All prices INCLUDE worldwide postage & packing.
The majority of items are dispatched the same/ next day (however please allow 7 working days for your order to reach you (14 working days for non-UK orders).
If an item is out of stock or likely to be delayed we will contact you at the earliest possible time.
UK/ Europe/ US/ Overseas orders »
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class SIGNED FOR (a signature is required on delivery).
*estimated delivery time is 1-2 days.
EUROPEAN, USA & OVERSEAS orders are sent airmail via Royal Mail(UK) International Signed For.
*estimated delivery time is 3-5 days though may vary dependent on local postal services.

We are not responsible for items unreceived if signed for/ accepted by another party at your address.
PAYMENT »
Payment can be made securely online using most major credit or debit cards via PayPal.
You may also pay using a Paypal account if you have one via this same facility.
We also accept cash, personal cheques (UK only), postal orders or bank draft - email
your order and we will reserve your item & send you details of who to make payment to
and where you should send it.
Goods are dispatched only when full payment has cleared.
Please Note: we are a small business & unable to accept credit or debit card payments by phone at this time.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS »
The advised delivery time (see ORDERING above) has passed & my item has not arrived?
UK orders »
Please check whether your postman has left a "item could not be delivered / signature required" postcard advising how to collect your item.
Check that no one else (other tenants / neighbours) has signed for/accepted the delivery.
If no card is found please email us & we will track down the item/ who signed for it. Sometimes cards are lost or not left at all. Usually the item is kept at your local sorting office for 7 days before being returned to us.
EUROPE/USA/OVERSEAS orders »
All items are guaranteed to leave the UK on the next available flight (usually the following day).
Once arrived at the destination country, delivery is dependent upon local postal services and sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, items overrun their estimated delivery times.
Please allow up to 2 weeks from the dispatch date before contacting us.
We have never lost an item yet so there's a very good chance the item is on it's way and has been delayed enroute.
